Shot bro follows actor Rob Mokaraka, as he journeys around Aotearoa, telling the story of his attempted suicide-by-cop in his one man play. Funny, dark, and real, his mission is to bring light into the dark with aroha.

A Surfer's Connection to the Sea
This film is a love letter to the ocean from surfers, fishermen, marine scientists and people with a shared passion for the sea and how it makes them feel.
"I really really liked the way you blended the ocean/surfing footage with the stories about people who are not all surf stars but people whose lives revolve around surfing.
It kept my interest for the entire program and I could have easily watched another hour.
Emocean is the best 'surfing' film I've seen in years and I hope you will make another film like it.
It really should show in cinemas to a general audience since it is a story film rather than just a surfing film "

Trinity Ludlow-Hudson is an award-winning editing specialist with over 20 years of experience. She founded Monarch Post Production, driven by her dedication to the craft, commitment to excellence, and passion for storytelling.
Trinity takes pride in her professionalism and technical expertise, but what truly distinguishes her is her ability to communicate ideas, transform concepts into compelling narratives, and infuse creativity and emotion into every project.
With more than 200 hours of credits in international and New Zealand television, web content, and documentaries, Trinity has worked extensively in the realms of surfing, snow, and adventure sports. Her portfolio includes projects for notable clients such as Red Bull and Brain Farm, as well as post-production and direction for events like the World Heli Challenge, the Hyundai Longboard Tour, the Ultimate Waterman series, Red Bull Airborne, and Ladi 6 Returns to Africa.
Whether tackling long-form content or quick turnaround projects in high-pressure environments, Trinity utilises her action sports storytelling background to enhance TV commercials, trailers, promos, branded stories, and documentary features.
Outside of work, Trinity enjoys adventure and can often be found on road trips, surfing, or snowboarding with her husband Dean and their adopted rescue Husky, Naomi.
